Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III (Mechanic - Visual Inspection) in Blue Ash, OH. The role focuses on maintaining visual inspection equipment, performing setup and preventive maintenance, and supporting production with quick problem resolution.

Initially a 8:00–16:30 dayshift (Mon–Fri), with eventual transition to a 6:00–18:30 dayshift in a 2-2-3 rotation. Strong mechanical and electronic knowledge, plus GMP experience, are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance and performance.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment change parts, tooling, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain visual inspection equipment.
• Provide technical support to production technicians and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform start-up, calibration, and preventative maintenance; support batch records and GMP documentation.
• Lead safety and quality procedures following SOPs and cGMPs.
• Assist with lean and process improvement initiatives and training.
