Job summary

Resilience in Blue Ash, OH, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician III (Mechanic - Visual Inspection). This role performs setup, changeover, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production equipment and provides basic mechanical training. The incumbent will troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues and support continuous improvement projects.

The position starts as a M-F 8-hour day shift with a future transition to a 2-2-3 dayshift rotation. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent with technical training.
• Experience maintaining and repairing regulated production equipment preferred.
• Experience reading and following SOPs, batch records, and GMP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain visual inspection equipment.
• Collaborate with technical resources to resolve equipment issues.
• Provide technical support to production technicians and serve as a resource for the team.
• Perform startup, changeover, calibration, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to GMP, cGMP, safety procedures, and SOPs.
