Job summary

Qualifications
- Lead architecture, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise virtualization and hyperconverged infra.
- Provide advanced technical leadership during pre- and post-sales engagements.
- Mentor engineers and drive service delivery excellence in a managed services context.
- Engage with executive stakeholders to align virtualization strategy with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement enterprise virtualization solutions using VMware, Nutanix, and Dell PowerFlex.
- Develop upgrade, migration, and lifecycle management strategies across customer environments.
- Lead technical workshops and executive discussions on roadmaps and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align virtualization with business objectives.
- Create and maintain architecture docs, runbooks, and deployment guides.
