Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect for its Managed Services division in the United States. You will lead the architecture, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise virtualization and hyperconverged environments using VMware, Nutanix, and Dell PowerFlex technologies.

You will engage executive stakeholders, mentor engineers, and drive operational excellence across our MSP practice. A remote-friendly, customer-first mindset will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise virtualization design and support experience.
• Hands-on with VMware vSphere, Horizon, Nutanix, PowerFlex, and VxRail.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and engaging executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, and optimize virtualization solutions for enterprise environments.
• Provide advanced technical leadership during pre- and post-sales engagements.
• Mentor engineers and drive service delivery improvements across Managed Services.
• Lead capacity planning, DR validation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align virtualization with customer goals.
