Job summary

CDW LLC. is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to design, implement, and support our Managed Services offerings in a large-scale data center environment.

You will work with VMware, Nutanix, Cisco UCS, and automation tools to deliver high-quality solutions for enterprise clients. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to lead technical engagements with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years in large-scale, multi-tenant data center environments.
• Experience with VMware virtualization technologies and infrastructure.
• Experience with hyper-converged infrastructure (Cisco Hyperflex, Nutanix, VMware vSAN).
• Experience with Cisco UCS infrastructure and scripting for automation (PowerShell/PowerCLI).
• Ability to resolve critical issues quickly while maintaining service levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, implementation, and technical support for Managed Services clients.
• Lead and participate in design workshops to meet customer objectives.
• Create and execute test plans for assigned components.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders; document progress.
• Take part in on-call rotations to support critical systems 24x7.
• Contribute to project plans and documentation throughout engagements.
