Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a senior Managed Services Enterprise Architect – Virtualization Technologies to lead the architecture, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of enterprise virtualization and hyperconverged environments across customer environments.

Based in the United States, you will mentor engineers, drive operational excellence, and engage executive stakeholders while traveling up to 40% as needed. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise virtualization platforms.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon, Nutanix, Dell PowerFlex, and VxRail.
• Strong understanding of virtualization lifecycle management and operational support.
• Experience in Managed Services or large enterprise IT environments.
• Hybrid cloud knowledge with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement enterprise virtualization solutions.
• Lead platform upgrade, migration, and lifecycle management strategies.
• Provide advanced technical leadership during pre- and post-sales engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align virtualization with business objectives.
• Create architecture documentation, runbooks, and deployment guides.
• Mentor engineers and lead in a MSP environment.
• Perform capacity planning, DR validation, and incident escalation.
