Job summary

Morpheus Enterprise and Morpheus VM Essentials Support Engineer roles are onsite with primary work from an HPE office in Colorado. The team supports on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud deployments, driving critical incident resolutions and RCAs.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Operations, and Account Management, documenting solutions and mentoring others while shaping the product roadmap with customer insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of deep technical experience in virtualization, cloud management, or enterprise support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for HPE VM Essentials and Morpheus deployments across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud.
• Own and drive resolution of high-severity escalations and RCAs.
• Diagnose issues in virtualization, compute, OS, storage, networking, and automation.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Operations and Account Management.
• Document solutions and best practices to improve knowledge bases.
• Mentor the support organization and influence product roadmap through field insights.
