Job summary

• Nine years of related experience or a Bachelor's plus five years.
• Advanced knowledge of organizational development theories and models.

• Strong consulting, relationship building, and strategic thinking.

• Lead as primary project manager for UC San Diego Health's virtual care strategy.
• Develop, implement, and optimize workflows across telehealth, e-Consults, and remote monitoring.
• Partner with clinical, operational, IT, and support leaders to establish standards and operating models.
• Design training programs and drive adoption and continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and serve as strategic consultant to leadership.
• Translate enterprise strategy into governance and measurable outcomes.
