Qualifications

• Nine or more years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus five years with related experience.
• Knowledge of organizational development theories and models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project planning skills.
• Excellent facilitation, consulting, and relationship-building abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication and presentation capabilities.
• Skilled at coaching managers and groups at multiple levels.
• Ability to learn quickly, reason and synthesize information.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead as primary project manager for virtual care initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Design workflows and operating models for telehealth, e-Consults, and remote monitoring.
• Partner with clinical, IT, and operations leaders to drive adoption and improvements.
• Translate strategy into scalable plans, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and senior stakeholder alignment.
