Harrah's Resort Southern California in Valley Center, CA is seeking an Executive Casino Host Senior - Full Time in Casino Marketing. This role focuses on growing gaming revenues by building relationships with premium players and hosting them at events.

You will maintain guest records, plan two VIP hosted events per quarter, and work across departments to ensure exceptional service. A minimum of five years in casino sales/marketing and strong telemarketing skills are required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in Casino/Gaming, Sales or Marketing.
Proven track record of increasing gaming revenue.
Strong telemarketing skills.
Confidential handling of VIP information.
Proficiency with listed systems (Salesforce, AS400, MS Office).

Responsibilities

Identifies new and current premium slot and table players with emphasis on developing relationships.
Responsible for complete data entry of player information, contacts, letters, phone calls into players tracking system.
Increases market share and company profitability in accordance with all gaming regulations.
Develops and promotes special events with target areas as directed.
Makes reservations for hosted guests and manages VIP hosting.
