Job summary

AFA American Fidelity Assurance Company is seeking a Senior Account Relations Coordinator to build and maintain relationships with VIP employer groups and provide dedicated support on billing and service issues. You will act as a liaison to internal departments to ensure a positive, consistent experience year-round.

The role includes training and supporting both customers and field staff on administrative processes and tools to maximize understanding and utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of job-specific, customer service experience; or an Associate’s degree with 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Windows-based PC software (Microsoft Office).
• Experience with enrollment, group setup and billing systems (OIPA, Alegeus, Mainframe, OnBase, Afenroll).
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-profile employer groups.
• Provide dedicated support and issue resolution in a liaison role between employer groups and internal departments.
• Offer training and support regarding administrative processes, tools, and services to customers and field staff.
