Job summary

Jobtailor in Maryland is seeking a skilled VTC Infrastructure Engineer to install, configure, and maintain server-side video teleconferencing infrastructure including Cisco Meeting Server, CMS, TMS, MCUs, and related AV gear.

You will ensure DISA STIG compliance, manage COMSEC hardware like TACLANEs, coordinate with network operations on QoS, and provide end-user training. Eligible candidates hold DoD 8140/8570 IAT II, CCNA Collaboration, and Secret clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational experience in IT, systems engineering, or related field.
• Active DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II compliant certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE).
• CCNA Collaboration or Cisco CCT Collaboration certification.
• Crestron Master Programmer/Technologist or Extron Authorized Programmer/AV Associate credential.
• Active Secret Clearance (Top Secret/SCI eligibility preferred).
• Experience with Cisco TMS and Cisco CMS; TACLANEs integration into secure VTC enclaves.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, engineer, and maintain server-side VTC infrastructure (Cisco Meeting Server, CMS, TMS, MCUs, AV hardware).
• Monitor network traffic; coordinate QoS and routing for H.323/SIP.
• Apply DISA STIGs and manage firewalls; oversee COMSEC architecture.
