Job summary

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a VTC- Video Teleconference Center Engineer with 5–8 years of experience, ideally supporting the DISA JSP center. This is a full-time role based in Washington, DC, with veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include daily management of site VTC systems, scheduling with external sites, troubleshooting equipment, and training clients on controls and interfaces across global conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS with SCI eligibility.
• 5-8 years of VTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily VTC and conference room systems and schedule conferences globally.
• Troubleshoot VTC and conference room equipment; open tickets as needed.
• Perform routine performance testing of VTC servers and workstations.
• Set up, test, adjust, operate, and close out equipment for VTC sessions.
• Provide client consulting and training on controls and interfaces.
