Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Video Conference Specialist to provide senior-level technical support for enterprise video conferencing, virtual collaboration, and conference-room AV services. You will independently configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve platforms, room systems, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, communications, AV tech, or related field.
• At least 8 years of progressively responsible technical support experience.
• Hands-on experience with unified communications and video conferencing platforms.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting audiovisual and conference-room equipment.
• Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience creating technical documentation and training materials.
• Active Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain).
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and optimize video conferencing and UC platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
• Configure and troubleshoot conference-room audiovisual systems and room schedulers.
• Provide live, high-visibility support for leadership briefings and client meetings.
• Diagnose and resolve complex audio, video, and network issues with strong judgment.
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, and vendors for installation, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor platform performance and document issues with recommended improvements.
• Develop user guides and training materials for conferencing technologies.
• Ensure secure operations with proper access controls and configurations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements.
