ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks a Video Conference Specialist to provide senior-level technical support for enterprise video conferencing, virtual collaboration, and conference-room AV services in Boise, Idaho.

You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and room systems, deliver live white-glove support for leadership briefings and client meetings, and produce user guidance and best-practice documentation for secure virtual meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/communications or related field.
8+ years of progressively responsible technical support experience for end users and enterprise collaboration technologies.
Hands-on experience with unified communications and video conferencing platforms.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting audiovisual and conference-room equipment.
Ability to diagnose complex issues involving audio, video, network, and device interoperability.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize enterprise video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
Configure, test, and troubleshoot conference-room AV systems and room schedulers.
Provide live, white-glove support for leadership briefings and client meetings.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across audio, video, and networking domains.
Coordinate with IT, facilities, and vendors for installations, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
Develop user guides and training materials for conferencing platforms and AV tech.
Ensure secure meeting operations through proper configurations and access controls.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to support-process improvements.
