ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Video Conference Specialist to provide senior-level support for enterprise video conferencing, room systems, and AV services in Lincoln, Nebraska.

You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and conference-room systems, coordinate with IT, facilities, and vendors to ensure high availability and secure communications for leadership briefings and client meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, Audio Visual Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of progressively responsible technical support experience for end users and enterprise collaboration tech.
Hands-on experience with unified communications and video conferencing platforms like Teams, Zoom, WebEx.
Experience configuring, testing, and troubleshooting AV and conference-room equipment.
Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across audio, video, and network layers.
Experience creating technical documentation and training materials; provide mentorship.
Active Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Manage, support, and optimize enterprise video conferencing and UC platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.).
Configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot conference-room AV systems and connectivity components.
Provide live, white-glove technical support for leadership briefings, virtual trainings, and client meetings.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across audio, video, devices, software, and network connectivity.
Coordinate with IT, facilities, and vendors for installation, upgrades, repairs, and lifecycle management.
Monitor platform performance and usage; identify root causes and implement improvements.
Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and best-practice documentation.
Ensure secure virtual meetings through proper configurations, access controls, and permissions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and contribute to support-process improvements.
