Job summary

Episcopal Community Services (ECS) seeks a Vice President of Supported Housing to lead ECS's largest program portfolio across the Bay Area. This senior role oversees permanent supportive housing, rapid rehousing, housing navigation, and entry services, reporting to the Chief Program Officer.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work, public administration, public health, or related field required.
• Active California clinical license strongly preferred (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or equivalent).
• Background in recovery-oriented and behavioral health-informed service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program administration, management, and operations across the Supported Housing portfolio, including budgets, staffing, planning, evaluation, and compliance reporting.
• Lead scaling and standardization of programs across Bay Area regions with consistent service quality and funding compliance.
• Develop budgets with Finance; monitor financial status and contract compliance.
• Implement internal systems, policies, and administrative practices; partner with Admin, HR, Data & Evaluation, Quality Management, and Strategic Planning.
• Represent ECS to funders, agencies, and coalitions and manage portfolio-related reporting and contracts.
• Provide crisis leadership and ensure staff safety across a 24/7 service environment.
