Vice President – Acquisitions & Development

Indicative compensation: $350,000–$650,000, with final package structure to be confirmed.

We’re representing a global digital infrastructure business active across 13 countries. Backed by an established international group with 10 years of U.S. market presence, the company has substantial capital and resources to accelerate its American expansion.

This is an opportunity to shape its U.S. growth strategy, securing sites for hyperscale and AI data center campuses and building the team to deliver that pipeline.

The role

• Lead U.S. site selection and land acquisition, assessing power availability, infrastructure, entitlements and commercial viability.
• Drive negotiations and due diligence, working with landowners, utilities and local authorities.
• Build and lead the acquisition team, partnering with development and construction leadership to advance projects into execution.

Your background

You’ll bring 10+ years in acquisitions, site selection or infrastructure development, with experience across data centers, energy or other large-scale projects. Strong transaction experience, commercial judgment and an understanding of power and utility requirements are essential.
