Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced vibroacoustic engineer to support the development and operations of New Glenn. You will analyze vibration environments, process test data, and help verify dynamic tests across vehicle systems.

Ideal candidates have a B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience, with MATLAB, Python, and numerical modeling tools. U.S. citizenship or eligible status is required.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in vibroacoustic and structural dynamics.
• Experience with MATLAB, GitLab and Jira ITS.

Responsibilities

• Predict launch vehicle vibration, shock, and acoustic environments.
• Process and interpret ground and flight test data.
• Develop, supervise, and verify dynamic environment tests.
• Support payload/space vehicle mission integration with Customers.
• Address high and low frequency loads as needed.
