Blue Origin is seeking propulsion systems engineers to develop engine vibroacoustic environments and the tools to process hot-fire and flight data. You will work in a fast-paced setting to deliver innovative solutions for rocket engines, collaborating with test and systems teams to ensure high‑quality measurements.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 2+ years in mechanical or space systems, and strong fundamentals in propulsion, acoustics, and dynamics.

Competenze

• B.S. degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or aerospace.
• 2+ years in mechanical engineering, space systems preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in propulsion, fluids, acoustics, and structural dynamics.
• Ability to own complex problems and deliver quality results on schedule.

Mansioni

• Predict engine shock, vibration, and acoustic environments.
• Review measurements from hot-fire and flight data.
• Derive dynamic environment levels and create specs and requirements.
• Plan and supervise component environment tests to validate predictions.
• Improve data processing tools and automate analysis workflows.
