Job summary

Pegasus Laboratories, Inc., part of the PBI-Gordon Companies family, seeks a PRN Pharmacal Sales Representative III for the DC/MD region. This remote role focuses on veterinary customers, distributor partnerships, and growing product sales while expanding market share in animal health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sales, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience in animal health or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience calling on and managing distributor accounts and managing a geographically large sales territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Advanced experience using CRMs to drive sales.
• Up to 90% travel – must reside within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales objectives (quota) within territory.
• Launch new and defend legacy products.
• Build relationships with targeted hospitals/personnel to grow access within accounts.
• Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan / Resource Allocation.
• Meet field activity expectations including sales calls and medical education investments.
• Develop and execute a call-cycle at accounts and veterinarian level.
• Leverage CRM tools to enhance customer relationships.
• Lead by example and mentor the sales team.
