Clarus Technology is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager to acquire, onboard, and engage veterinary practices across the US. This role balances sales relationship management in a fast-scaling startup, leveraging CRM to track leads and performance while aligning with cross-functional teams on Clarus Portal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and five years of sales/account management experience.
• Sales-driven mindset with experience supporting lead generation and conversion.
• Strong organizational skills to track and coordinate high-volume customer interactions.
• Must be results oriented and able to work independently with little direct supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement an accurate business plan.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads, pipeline, and customer engagement metrics using CRM.
• Provide onboarding and engagement process feedback to refine workflows.
• Serve as main point of contact for client day-to-day communication and oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Clarus Portal initiatives and client communications.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with account performance updates and optimization opportunities.
