The role offers oversight of multi-department operations, budgets, and people leadership, with the potential to lead a larger hospital in the future, within a supportive, growth‑minded network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience leading a complex, multi-department operation.
• Experience managing an organization with annual revenues of $6M+, including budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret P&Ls and monitor KPIs.
• Passion for developing people and leaders.
