You will work with the Hospital Manager to develop operational excellence, financial stewardship, and people leadership across a multi-million-dollar facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing a complex, multi-department operation.
• Experience leading organizations with $5M+ annual revenue.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L ownership, labor management, and KPI analysis.
• Proven success developing managers and future leaders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Veterinary Experience Is Welcomed But Not Required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital operations alongside the Hospital Manager to prepare for future Hospital Manager responsibilities.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop department managers and supervisors.
• Coach leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams and foster accountability.
• Partner across departments to ensure smooth daily operations in a 24/7 emergency and general practice setting.
• Review financial statements, KPIs, labor reports, and budget with leadership.
• Support organizational growth and strategic planning for expansion.
