Job summary

National Veterinary Associates is seeking a Hospital Operations Manager to lead our practices in the Fort Worth area. This role partners with the Managing Veterinarian to drive revenue, manage costs, and foster a culture of excellent patient care and client service.

Regular on-site presence is a fundamental requirement to guide teams and operations. You will oversee hospital planning, scheduling, labor costs, and technology initiatives while supporting a cohesive team environment and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service.
• Experience in hospital, retail, or service-based settings with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the hospital's P&L and be accountable for performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast needs and trends.
• Manage accounts receivable and control costs/inventory.
• Oversee payroll and staff scheduling to manage labor costs.
• Lead processes to improve client service, operations and admin tasks.
• Champion change and promote best practices across the team.
• Maintain licensures for all DVMs and ensure regulatory compliance.
