National Veterinary Associates is seeking an experienced operational leader to guide Moore Lane Veterinary Hospital, a 24/7 Emergency and General Practice facility, toward expanded performance.

The role offers oversight of multi-department operations, budgets, and people leadership, with the potential to lead a larger hospital in the future, within a supportive, growth‑minded network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience leading a complex, multi-department operation.
• Experience managing an organization with annual revenues of $6M+, including budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret P&Ls and monitor KPIs.
• Passion for developing people and leaders.

Moore Lane Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced leader to join our team. This is a unique leadership opportunity within a high-performing, 24/7 Emergency and General Practice veterinary hospital.

We're seeking an experienced operational leader who is motivated by the opportunity to eventually lead a large, complex veterinary hospital. You'll gain deep knowledge of every aspect of hospital operations, financial performance, and people leadership, with the expectation that you'll be prepared to assume responsibility for leading a hospital in the future.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully lead a complex, multi department operation and is ready for the next step in their leadership career. Our preferred candidate has:

• A minimum of 3 years experience leading a complex, multi-department business or healthcare operation.
• Demonstrated success managing an organization with annual revenues of $6M+, including responsibility for budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret P&Ls, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven business decisions.
• A passion for developing people and the leaders who report to them.

Veterinary experience is valued, but not essential. We welcome applicants from healthcare, hospitality, retail, and other complex service industries.
