Cencora in the United States is seeking an Equipment Specialist to drive capital equipment sales and provide technical support to MWI customers and sales staff. You will handle inquiries, identify growth opportunities, and act as the primary liaison for equipment resources.

Your role includes coordinating projects with leadership, supporting veterinary hospital builds, remodels, and relocations, and collaborating with the sales director to access equipment sales resources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales, customer service, call center sales, order management, or related field.
• Certification in customer service or contact center operations preferred.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in veterinary/animal health preferred but not required.
• 3+ years in veterinary clinic or 2+ years in a call center with an animal health products distributor/manufacturer.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Salesforce CRM desirable.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries from sales associates and customers to assist in capital equipment purchases and implementation.
• Manage sales regions as equipment ambassador; identify needs and growth opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact directing sales staff to equipment resources and access.
• Assist in special projects as directed by team leadership.
• Be or assist as project managers for veterinary hospital builds, remodels, relocations, or relocations.
• Perform other duties as directed by Sales director.
