Checkr is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Verifications products to own strategy and roadmap for the background check experience. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and GTM teams to ship market-leading verification products, guided by customer input and data analysis.

You will drive strategy, write crisp PRDs, and collaborate across Finance and GTM to refine pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans, ensuring a fast, accurate, and trusted verification experience for

Qualificações

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of strategy and roadmap.
• Deep fluency with data and analytics; able to interpret metrics like attach rate, conversion, and RPR.
• Comfortable partnering with engineering on technical trade-offs and API/platform decisions.
• Strong customer discovery instincts and ability to pair insights with GTM input.
• Proven ability to write crisp PRDs and specs without manager guidance.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and driving cross-functional alignment across GTM, Ops, and Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy and roadmap for Drug & Occupational Health testing services.
• Represent customer needs in product and technical design discussions.
• Track competitor moves and market shifts affecting roadmap priorities.
• Define and drive OKRs; connect input metrics to revenue and profit impact.
• Write clear specs and PRDs; lead operations reviews to balance speed, quality, and impact.
• Partner with Finance/GTM to define pricing and packaging for your product area.
• Lead go-to-market coordination for releases, enablement, and rollout sequencing.
• Communicate roadmap, goals, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Model Checkr's values and build strong internal and external relationships.
