Qualifications

• 4+ years as an engineering manager.
• 8+ years as a software engineer with system design experience.
• Experience managing complex third-party integrations and reliability across uncontrolled environments.
• Track record of improving operational metrics in high-stakes production.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and responsible tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Verifications engineering team, setting direction and hiring pipelines.
• Own reliability and quality of a broad portfolio of fulfillment integrations.
• Partner with Product to define and execute roadmap across verification products.
• Drive technical strategy for scaling a complex, integration-heavy system.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted development practices while maintaining quality.
• Represent Verifications in cross-functional planning with leadership.
