• Track record of sound investment judgment and post-close management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to lead fundraising, reporting, and compliance activities with counsel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential limited partners.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including investor outreach and due diligence.
