Job summary

InforCapital, a newly launched, AI-focused venture fund based in Cupertino, CA, is seeking a Venture Partner with deep fundraising expertise to grow the fund's capital base and strengthen LP relationships.

The role offers flexible engagement (part-time, advisory, or full-time) with a competitive carry/equity structure, GP participation potential, and ongoing collaboration with Managing Partners on deal sourcing and diligence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in venture capital, fund management, private equity, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising for a fund, SPV, or startup.
• Strong network of LPs, family offices, angel investors, or institutional backers.
• Preferred: GP/VC partner or principal experience; fund structuring or capital formation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in fundraising initiatives for the fund, including LP outreach and relationship management.
• Leverage a network of investors and institutional LPs.
• Identify and secure strategic co-investment partners across deals.
• Represent the fund at industry events, pitch sessions, and LP meetings.
• Support portfolio companies with fundraising strategy and investor introductions.
• Collaborate with Managing Partners and other Venture Partners on deal sourcing and diligence.

• Leverage a network of investors, family offices, fund-of-funds, and institutional LPs
• Identify and secure strategic co-investment partners across deals
• Represent the fund at industry events, pitch sessions, and LP meetings
• Support portfolio companies with fundraising strategy and investor introductions
• Collaborate with Managing Partners and other Venture Partners on deal sourcing and diligence

Structure & Compensation
