Job summary

PeopleConnect Staffing is seeking a General Partner/Co-Founder to guide the fund's investment strategy and build strong relationships with high-net-worth investors. The role emphasizes capital raising, evaluating venture opportunities, and representing the fund with credibility.

The successful candidate will lead fundraising, oversee investments, and support portfolio companies, while maintaining an active investor pipeline and ensuring compliance and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, asset management, family office investing, or related field.
• Proven success raising capital from high-net-worth investors, family offices, or institutional investors.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and investment risk.
• Established investor network and ability to cultivate long-term relationships built on trust.
• Track record of sound investment judgment and managing investments after closing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and prospective limited partners.
• Lead fundraising efforts including investor outreach, presentations, due diligence, and communications.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and oversee venture investments aligned with the fund's strategy.
• Lead financial analysis, valuation, underwriting, and portfolio construction.
• Present investment recommendations to the investment committee and participate in decisions.
• Support portfolio companies on financing strategy, governance, and growth.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report results, risks, and developments to investors.
• Work with fund leadership and counsel to support fundraising, reporting, and compliance.
