Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of additional relevant experience is required.
• 8 years of prior relevant experience is required.
• 4 years of prior people management experience with direct reports.
• Experience leading processes and projects in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
• Advanced knowledge in risk management, vendor management, and contracting.
• Strong presentation and communications skills.
• Medicare and Medi-Cal experience preferred.

• Lead vendor contracting and oversight for a portfolio of programs.
