Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• 4+ years of people management experience
• Experience leading processes and projects in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
• Advanced knowledge in risk management, vendor management, and contracting
• Strong presentation and communication skills; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Medicare and Medi-Cal experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of program managers focused on vendor contracting and oversight
• Oversee one or more vendors and ensure performance and compliance
• Support the Director of Vendor Management on key projects and contracting processes
• Help establish best-in-class vendor management and contracting processes
