Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or related buying/project/program management.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL.
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration within an organization.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience with business analysis and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete P&L for your assigned category cohort, analyzing revenue, margin, and costs to drive pricing and selection decisions.
• Lead complex negotiations with vendor leadership (including C-suite) to improve terms and secure growth.
• Develop and execute 2–3 year category plans informed by market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and product to clear blockers and deliver scalable process improvements.
• Leverage generative AI tools and deep-dive data analysis to diagnose health, uncover root causes, and generate actionable recommendations.
