Qualifications

• Excellent supervisory, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to the Auto Maintenance team and vendors.
• Supervise technicians: assign duties, monitor workflow and quality.
• Ensure service/repair work meets company standards, safety and customer expectations.
• Purchase equipment, materials and supplies; manage invoices.
• Review work volumes and ensure efficient staffing and customer service.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and compliant with policies.
