You will build relationships with the Manheim Auction commercial team, manage multiple locations, and entry orders in AS400.

The role requires 1–3 years of administrative experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years administrative experience in an automotive setting preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and data entry accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient use of MS Office tools: Excel, Outlook, Word.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and manage transport of customer vehicles to and from auction sites.
• Build relationships with Manheim Auction commercial team and management.
• Enter manual orders and process AS400 orders; monitor holds and verifications.
• Monitor performance, generate reports, and communicate results to leadership.
