Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or STEM-related discipline with 4–7 years field experience, or an Associate's degree with 5–6 years experience, or HS diploma with 6–9 years experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading craft and/or non-craft teams.
• Program Management skills, writing skills, and PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, communications, customer relations, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated budget management experience.
• Demonstrated analytical/financial and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects, programs, and/or business initiatives. Manage scope, schedule, and budget. Provide requirements analysis and quality assurance. (40%)
• Understand business processes and provide guidance for end users; day-to-day client support; respond to inquiries. (15%)
• Lead change management and train employees and external personnel for new processes. (10%)
• Coordinate and report on performance indicators; prepare leadership reports and controls. (10%)
• Support business plans across departments; develop business cases with stakeholders. (10%)
• Participate in process improvement task forces and benchmarking; report status to leadership. (5%)
• Coordinate corrective actions from performance assessments; respond to emergent issues. (5%)
