ComEd is seeking an experienced project/program manager to lead multi‑million-dollar initiatives and drive measurable results in a complex energy environment. You will guide cross‑functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring safety and compliance across programs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, budgeting, and change management capabilities, with opportunities to influence stakeholders and deliver value within a regulated context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or STEM-related discipline with 4–7 years field experience or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience leading craft and/or non-craft teams
• Program Management skills, writing skills, and PC skills including Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal, communications, customer relations, and presentation skills
• Experience with budget management
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and financial skills
• Experience with regulatory/compliance environments

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects and programs, including managing scope, schedule, and budget
• Provide requirements analysis and performance measurement for initiatives
• Coordinate change management activities and ensure safety and quality in projects
• Assist and advise on inquiries and provide end-user support
• Prepare status reports and performance indicators for leadership
• Develop business cases and prioritization of deliverables across departments
• Respond to emergent operational issues such as outages or storms
