Qualifications

4+ years of consulting experience in a top-tier firm or equivalent
Strong Life Sciences background with interest in Quality value chain
Experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain consulting
Familiarity with technologies used in Quality, ideally Veeva platforms
Understanding of digital health and life sciences market drivers
Analytical skills to assess problems and communicate findings
Problem-solving mindset with proactive issue resolution
Demonstrated leadership in delivery of complex work
Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

Lead Quality projects as the operational face of a Veeva Quality Consulting team
Plan, organize, and manage scope, quality, resources, risks, and timelines
End-to-end design, build, and delivery of project deliverables
Identify and proactively solve client problems
Act as trusted client contact for strategic and operational questions
Manage work and priorities of team members on your projects
Mentor Consultants and Associates in skills and capabilities
Bring industry insight to Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
Lead business development opportunities and proposals
