Job summary

Slipstream Life Sciences is seeking a Commercial CRM Business Analyst to join our Salesforce practice and support pre-sales and delivery for Agentforce Life Sciences Cloud opportunities.

This is a functional BA role focusing on requirements, process design, and stakeholder communication. You will work with Solution Architects and developers to translate business needs into system design and ensure adoption across field and home-office teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting commercial CRM for pharma or biotech
• Hands-on experience with at least one of Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, or IQVIA OCE
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders
• Experience working with Architects and developers on system design

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements sessions with client stakeholders across commercial functions
• Translate business requirements into user stories, flows and design documentation for builders
• Serve as the day-to-day functional lead on client engagements and align teams
• Partner with Solution Architects to validate designs reflect real workflows
• Support pre-sales activities including scoping, discovery, and effort estimation
• Author and facilitate UAT scripts, test scenarios, and training materials
• Document current/future-state processes for territory management, call planning and 360 accounts
• Identify where Agentforce can be applied to workflows and translate into requirements
• Communicate clearly with field users and commercial operations leadership
• Collaborate with project managers to manage scope, timeline and changes
