Job summary

BIM Technology Management is seeking a Sr VDC Engineer to lead 3D BIM model development, clash detection, and MEP coordination for large commercial projects. You will manage data, ensure standards, and generate project documentation while collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors in a remote, United States–based role.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in BIM/VDC, proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and a leadership mindset to train

Qualifications

Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
3–5 years BIM/VDC experience leading MEP coordination for large commercial projects.
Experience supporting GC self-perform trades with BIM workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead development and maintenance of 3D BIM models with accuracy and coordination.
Identify and resolve clashes among architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
Generate drawings, reports, and documentation from BIM models for reviews.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure data sharing and standards compliance.
Manage project data and workflow processes within the BIM environment.
