Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Virtual Design Construction Manager to lead BIM/VDC administration and coordination on large projects. You will manage 3D models, execute BIM execution plans, and drive standards across project teams to meet objectives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years BIM experience, strong Revit and Navisworks skills, and the ability to collaborate with owners and subs. Travel to project sites may be required, with a focus on delivering efficient VDC workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction science or related field.
• 5+ years construction or related experience.
• 5+ years BIM-related experience.
• Experience coordinating BIM/VDC on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages VDC processes and activities to support assigned projects.
• Provides models and documents necessary to complete scope as determined with VDC/BIM leadership.
• Develops composite 3D models from designer/content provided.
• Leads VDC strategy, standards, and implementation across projects.
• Coordinates with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Provides BIM technical support to internal teams and handles RFI for BIM items.
