Job summary

Slayden Constructors Inc. (SCI), a subsidiary of MWH Constructors, seeks a Senior VDC Engineer to support our Medford, Oregon projects. The role emphasizes BIM/VDC leadership, model coordination across disciplines, and advanced visualization using Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC, and Trimble tools.

You will lead coordination meetings, mentor junior staff, and ensure accurate deliverables for digital construction delivery with hybrid office/field work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in VDC/BIM or digital construction roles.
• Expert proficiency with Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Recap, and ACC.
• Hands-on experience with survey instruments and survey data.
• Strong understanding of model coordination, clash detection, and VDC workflows.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-discipline model environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC/BIM coordination and model integration across disciplines.
• Develop and enforce VDC standards, templates, and best practices.
• Create and QC self-perform deliverables (e.g., lift drawings, pipe shop drawings).
• Set up and maintain project model environments in ACC.
• Collaborate with field survey teams for accurate field layout and real‑time delivery.
