Job summary

Slayden Constructors Inc. is seeking a Senior VDC Engineer to support digital construction delivery on a Medford, Oregon project. You will lead model creation, coordination, and integration across disciplines using Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC, and Trimble tools.

The role requires deep knowledge of surveying/point cloud workflows, drone mapping, and advanced visualization, with hands-on execution of model coordination, field integration, and scheduling support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying, or related field (or equivalent).
5+ years in VDC/BIM or digital construction roles.
Expert proficiency with Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage, Recap, and ACC.
Hands-on experience with survey instruments and Trimble ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Lead VDC/BIM coordination and model integration across disciplines.
Develop and enforce VDC standards, templates, and best practices.
Create and QC self-perform deliverables (concrete lifts, pipe drawings, earthwork).
Set up ACC project environments for VDC deliverables and coordination workflows.
Integrate survey/reality capture data into VDC workflows and update as-built conditions.
Provide 3D visualizations and assist with 4D scheduling and site logistics.
