Job summary

Slayden Constructors Inc., a subsidiary of MWH Constructors, seeks a Senior VDC Engineer to drive digital construction delivery in Medford, OR. You will lead model creation, coordination, and visualization using Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and ACC while interfacing with field teams and clients.

You will coordinate survey and reality capture data, manage workflows for laser scans, drone mapping, and 4D scheduling, and mentor junior staff in BIM best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 5+ years in VDC/BIM or digital construction roles.
• Expert proficiency with Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage, Recap, and ACC.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC/BIM coordination and model integration across disciplines.
• Set up and maintain ACC project environments for VDC deliverables and coordination workflows.
• Integrate survey and reality capture data into VDC workflows and support field layout.
