Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior VDC Specialist to provide routine BIM administration and coordination for assigned projects. The role supports creating models and documents, BIM technical support, and assembling 3D content under JE Dunn’s BIM standards.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (construction-related), 2+ years BIM experience, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related BIM tools. Travel and non-traditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a construction-related field.
• 2+ years construction or related experience.
• 2+ years BIM-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides models and documents to complete scope as determined with VDC/BIM leadership and project teams.
• Assembles 3D content modeled by others and models any content not provided.
• Learns and maintains a productive and efficient BIM process.
• Creates and maintains project documentation (agendas, minutes, constraint logs).
• Supports RFI process for BIM related items.
• Maintains relationships with subcontractors and project teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a construction-related field
