Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Senior VDC Specialist to lead BIM/VDC coordination on projects, delivering models and documents while providing technical support and ensuring alignment with company standards.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage VDC processes, train others, and ensure owner requirements are met through BIM execution plans. Travel to project sites may be required; a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years BIM experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field (Required).
• 2+ years construction or related experience (Required).
• 2+ years BIM-related experience (Required).
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide BIM models and documents to support project scope.
• Assemble 3D content modeled by others and incorporate updates.
• Maintain productive BIM process and project documentation (agendas, minutes, constraint logs).
• Support RFIs related to BIM items and coordinate with subs and project teams.
• Lead VDC processes and train project teams on BIM tools.
• Read and apply BIM requirements from construction documents and standards.
