Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Virtual Design Construction Manager to lead BIM coordination, model development, and VDC strategy for major projects in Austin. You will drive 3D coordination, maintain BIM standards, and support project teams from planning through completion.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in a related field and have 5+ years of BIM experience, plus proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM tools. On-site work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or relevant experience.
• 5+ years construction or BIM related experience.
• Strong BIM execution plan understanding and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages VDC processes and activities to support projects.
• Provides models and documents to meet project scope and BIM leadership direction.
• Leads 3D coordination and BIM implementation across teams.
• Maintains project documentation, agendas, and logs.
• Supports RFI process for BIM items.
• Leads design and project teams through VDC processes on large projects.
