Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Virtual Design Construction Manager to provide BIM administration and coordination across projects. The role emphasizes leading 3D coordination, developing BIM execution plans, and delivering model-based solutions in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The candidate will support project teams, read/interpret owner requirements, and guide the VDC process from design through construction on large projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction science or related field (Required).
• In lieu of the above requirements, relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manages VDC processes and activities to support assigned projects.
• Provides models and documents necessary to complete scope as determined with VDC/BIM leadership and project teams.
• Creates and maintains clear and effective project documentation; meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and constraint logs.
• Reads and interprets shop drawings, submittals, product data and incorporates all necessary items into the BIM process.
• Supports operations with the RFI process for BIM related items.
• Manages and maintains a productive and efficient BIM process.
• Leads design and project teams through VDC process on multiple large projects.
